Insurance company rejects all arguments: Youth seriously injured in accident will get a compensation of ₹1.06 crore

MACT, based in Palghar, Maharashtra, has ruled in favour of a young man who was paralysed in a 2017 road accident. The truck owner and the insurance company have been ordered to pay a compensation of ₹1.06 crore.
